Job Title: Property Manager (English & German Speaking) – STR / Vacation Rentals
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager fluent in English and German to oversee our growing portfolio of short-term rentals (STR) and vacation properties. If you have hands-on experience managing Airbnb-style listings, optimizing revenue, and delivering exceptional guest experiences — we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of STR / vacation rental properties
Oversee listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo
Optimize pricing strategies and occupancy rates
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor management
Handle guest communication (pre-stay, during stay, and post-stay)
Monitor reviews and maintain high guest satisfaction scores
Ensure compliance with local short-term rental regulations
Prepare performance and revenue reports
Requirements:
Proven experience managing STR / vacation rental properties
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of dynamic pricing and channel management tools
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
Experience with PMS systems (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify) is a plus
