Job Description

Support a U.S.-based property management team by managing tenant communications, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Handle high-volume email and phone communication with tenants, vendors, and internal teams
Resolve tenant issues in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner
Coordinate closely with the U.S.-based office for updates, follow-ups, and task execution
Document and track issues using property management and ticketing systems
Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication at all times

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or customer support (required)
Strong verbal and written English skills
Comfortable handling high-volume email and phone, and text interactions
Experience using property management software and ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work aligned with a U.S.-based team and follow structured processes
Ability to do data entry (optional)
