About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Owner to take end-to-end ownership of complex, delivery-focused client projects within a fast-paced agency environment. This role is hands-on and execution-led, requiring strong technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel across development, UX, and digital delivery teams.

You’ll act as the bridge between clients and production, translating business needs into clear technical and functional requirements, maintaining momentum across teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from scoping through to launch
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery, scope, timelines, and priorities
Collaborate closely with development, UI/UX, SEO, content, and studio teams to plan and execute work
Translate business and functional requirements into clear, structured tasks and briefs for production teams
Coordinate delivery across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and delivery quality
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve them
Navigate change confidently in environments with evolving requirements or shifting priorities
Lead client conversations around delivery progress, trade-offs, and technical considerations
Champion the work internally and take ownership of outcomes
Build trust and credibility with both clients and internal teams through consistency and clarity
Represent the company and its brands in a professional, delivery-focused manner

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in a digital, technology, or delivery-focused agency
Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
Solid technical understanding of web builds, digital platforms, or software delivery (not hands-on coding, but fluent in the concepts)
Comfortable working closely with developers and technical teams
Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks
Calm, structured, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and scope in a commercial environment
Fluent in English
Available to work between Monday and Friday, 8:30-17:00 CET

Nice to have

Experience working with CMS platforms, web applications, or integrations
Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience managing projects involving multiple vendors or stakeholders
