We are hiring a Private Equity Associate – AI Trainer on behalf of one of our clients building advanced AI-driven investment analysis systems.

This role blends traditional private equity expertise with next-generation AI development. You will leverage hands-on transaction and portfolio experience to train and refine AI systems focused on financial modeling, due diligence, and investment decision-making.

Job Summary

As a Private Equity Associate – AI Trainer, you will transform real-world deal experience into structured AI training tasks.

Your work will directly improve how AI systems perform financial analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and review financial models to support AI training initiatives, ensuring institutional-level accuracy and rigor
Translate market research, due diligence findings, and investment memos into structured AI training datasets
Design modeling and analytical tasks grounded in real private equity and investment banking workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to convert complex financial concepts into actionable AI learning modules
Contribute ideas to improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI-powered private equity tools
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for logical coherence, financial accuracy, and practical investment relevance

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in private equity and/or investment banking
Strong financial modeling expertise, including integrated operating models and valuation frameworks
Demonstrated experience in market research, due diligence, and investment analysis
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote, high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with or contributing to AI/ML systems in a finance context
Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort building models from scratch
Exposure to AI initiatives within private equity or investment banking environments
Experience supporting portfolio management or post-investment monitoring initiatives
