About the Role
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking an experienced PHP Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in a remote, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in peer code reviews and troubleshooting
Optimize application performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of professional PHP development experience
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relational databases
Experience with MVC frameworks and RESTful APIs
Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with high-traffic applications
Familiarity with cloud services or DevOps practices
Experience in Agile development environments
Additional Information
Expected commitment: 15–25 hours per week
Time zone overlap with client team may be required
Contract duration to be discussed during the interview process
