🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a smart, highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant & Operations Coordinator who can manage communication, coordinate tasks with the team, and help filter new partnership opportunities.
You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in keeping the company running efficiently as we expand across the region.
🔹 Responsibilities1. Communication & WhatsApp Management
Handle and reply to incoming WhatsApp messages
Filter business partnership requests
Identify qualified opportunities and book meetings
Send follow-up questions and responses using our guidelines
Maintain a clean, well-organized communication flow
2. Operations Coordination
Follow up with staff for daily tasks and performance reports
Keep the founder updated with summarized progress
Organize files, notes, and internal documents
Track deadlines and make sure nothing is missed
3. Personal Assistant Duties
Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule
Organize meetings and reminders
Assist with travel bookings, appointments, and personal tasks when needed

Excellent written and spoken communication
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Calendar
Able to work independently without supervision
