We are specialised in lead generation marketing, managing full-funnel strategies from lead generation to enrollment. Our approach is data-driven, ROI-focused, and built around measurable business outcomes.
We are now looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media execution and optimisation across multiple university accounts.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and scaling multi-platform paid media campaigns. This role requires someone who understands not just traffic and clicks, but full funnel performance
You will work closely with the PPC Team Lead and Account Managers to execute, optimise, and improve performance across accounts.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat
Structure campaigns by program, intake, and geography
Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation based on funnel stage
Performance Optimisation
Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, and conversion rates
Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Monitor budget pacing and ensure targets are met monthly and quarterly
Identify performance gaps and propose clear optimisation plans
Funnel & Data Analysis
Analyse lead quality and performance beyond platform metrics
Track Lead to Application and Application to Enrolment performance
Work with CRM data to understand real conversion impact
Build insights from data, not just reports
Reporting & Insights
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Present insights clearly to internal teams
Translate performance data into clear actions
Support client calls when needed
Process & Systems
Ensure tracking and tagging accuracy using GA4 and GTM
Maintain campaign documentation and structure standards
Contribute to improving internal performance frameworks

RequirementsExperience
3+ years managing paid media in an agency environment
Proven experience handling mid to large budgets
Experience in lead generation marketing
Technical Skills
Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with LinkedIn Ads
Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
Confident with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis
