Role Overview
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing all paid marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC).
This role requires strong analytical thinking, deep platform expertise, and the ability to continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Lead Generation:
Generate high-quality MQLs and continuously improve lead quality.
CAC Optimization:
Analyze performance and implement strategies to maximize ROAS and reduce CAC.
A/B Testing:
Test creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
Data & Reporting:
Track and report performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to meet targets.
WhatsApp Automation:
Build and optimize WhatsApp-based nurturing flows for conversions.
Market Research:
Stay updated on trends, competitors, and new tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3–5 years in performance marketing (B2B SaaS or ConTech preferred)
Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
Experience in CRO and A/B testing
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
Strong Arabic and English communication skills
