Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, proven experience in outbound sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role plays a key part in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting the company’s overall growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate leads or appointments.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve company objectives.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up throughout the entire sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1–2 years of experience in Cold Calling, Inside Sales, or Sales Closing roles.
Proven ability to engage and convert clients through outbound calling activities.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Previous experience in sales or inside sales is an advantage.
