Looking for a position that makes you smile? We’re seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to join our growing team. The Paid Media Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and performance of digital advertising campaigns for various paid media channels to drive patient growth and brand visibility across Smile Doctors practices.

How you’ll make us better:
Conduct day-to-day performance and execution tasks for paid media channels
Partner with current agencies to collect creatives, reporting, landing page data, and lead form information for onboarding practices
Conduct daily monitoring of pacing and KPIs, including troubleshooting issues and identifying new opportunities
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to establish new call tracking accounts for onboarding and rebranding practices
Conduct keyword research and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Link and maintain Google Business Profiles across all practices
Assist the agency partner to manage Bing Ads and help to improve ongoing campaign performance metrics
Support flash sales and promotional campaigns by coordinating assets, verifying campaign execution, and scheduling launches and pauses in Asana
Assist with exporting data to be included in paid media performance reporting for office, practice, and region-level reviews
Partner with the Operations and Digital teams to evaluate campaign performance and ROI
Run ad hoc reports for the Marketing Managers
Assist with keeping the Google Business Profiles and other local listings platforms updated
Maintain accurate business information across listings and coordinate updates for new or departing doctors
Assist with reconciliation and allocation of the monthly billing from Google, Meta, and Bing to individual offices
Collaborate with internal teams to assist in matching patient leads and contracts with marketing attribution data to ensure accurate performance reporting
Assist with the onboarding of new and rebranding practices for campaign operations, reporting, and billing
Your special skills:
Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Solid written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Prerequisites for success:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
Two (2) years of experience managing or coordinating paid media campaigns required
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
Basic knowledge of campaign reporting and data reconciliation
