About the Role
This is a paid advertising creative role, not a social media or content posting job.

You will own the creative strategy and execution for paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Search for clients in UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Your job is to design ad concepts that convert.

You will work directly with media buyers and designers to build, test, and scale creatives based on performance.

If you do not understand ad platforms, formats, objectives, and how creative impacts results, do not apply.

What You Will Actually Do
1. Paid Ads Creative Strategy
Design ad concepts specifically for:
Meta (Feed, Reels, Stories, Lead Forms, WhatsApp)
TikTok (In-Feed, Spark Ads)
Google Search (ad copy, angles, keyword-intent alignment)

Match creatives to:
Funnel stage
Campaign objective
Business model (lead gen, high-ticket, local services)
Recommend the right platform and format based on client goals
2. Campaign & Concept Creation
Create campaign angles, hooks, and offers
Write high-converting scripts in Arabic and English
Structure ads for short-form performance, not branding
Build creative variations intentionally to support testing and scaling

3. Creative Direction & Coordination
Brief designers and video producers with:
Clear visual direction
Placement-specific requirements
Shot lists and text hierarchy

Ensure creatives follow platform best practices and specs
Maintain quality and clarity across all assets

4. Media Buyer Collaboration
Work closely with media buyers on:
Weekly creative testing plans
Performance reviews
Iteration based on data

Understand and react to metrics:
CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA
Hook performance
Ad fatigue
5. Client Interaction
Join onboarding and creative review calls
Present ideas clearly and confidently
Push back when client requests do not align with performance
Translate feedback into actionable creative improvements
6. Research & Reporting
Study top-performing UAE and KSA ads
Break down why ads work
Track cultural, seasonal, and platform trends
Prepare monthly creative summaries:
What worked
What failed
What to test next
Requirements
Fluent Arabic (written and spoken)

Strong English

Direct experience creating ads for UAE or Saudi Arabia

Experience in at least two of the following industries:

Real estate

Restaurants / F&B

Clinics / aesthetic clinics

Business setup

Hospitality

Strong understanding of GCC cultural nuances

Proven experience writing Arabic ad scripts

Confident presenting ideas on client calls

Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, and Google Search ads

Must provide a real portfolio (no theory decks)

This is not an admin role.

This is not a social media assistant role.
