Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Telesales Team Lead. The Telesales Team Lead will oversee and manage the telesales team, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, implementing and tracking sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and facilitating effective communication within the team to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Team Leadership and Team Management
Solid understanding and expertise in Sales strategies and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and effective time management
Experience in telesales or a similar field is advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
