• Strong knowledge of Oracle CX modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ)
• Proven experience implementing Oracle CX projects (Fusion)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Relevant Oracle certifications are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
