📢 Operations Manager (Hiring Operations – Taeyen System)
We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all departments involved in the hiring and workflow cycle, including Media, Sales, Telesales, and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main coordination point between Media, Sales, Telesales, and Recruitment teams.
Manage the full hiring operations workflow using the Taeyen system.
Monitor team performance and ensure smooth execution of daily tasks and handovers.
Track leads, campaigns, and candidate progress across different departments.
Ensure accurate and timely communication between teams to avoid delays or conflicts.
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.
Identify workflow issues, suggest improvements, and implement solutions.
Ensure all departments follow company processes, operational guidelines, and updated procedures.
Support teams with any technical or operational challenges related to the hiring cycle.
Work closely with management to improve efficiency and achieve operational targets.
