looking for an Operations Manager / Dispatcher to run day-to-day for my moving company.
Ideally someone who’s already worked in a service-based environment (moving, logistics, trades, deliveries, or anything with scheduling crews and managing field teams).
Core scope:
• Dispatching crews and trucks
• Managing daily operations and customer flow
• Coordinating schedules, routes, and workload
• Handling issues in real time and keeping the operation tight
• Supporting payroll, invoicing, and job follow-through
• Customer Relations
