Our client is a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand in the Middle East, currently looking for an Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business operations and contribute to the growth of an exciting international startup.

💰 Salary: SAR 2,500 – 3,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support day-to-day e-commerce and business operations
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, logistics, and fulfillment partners
✅ Assist with order management, inventory tracking, and operational processes
✅ Support customer service activities and order-related escalations
✅ Track invoices, payments, and operational documentation
✅ Work closely with the Founder on operational priorities and business activities
✅ Support cross-functional coordination across multiple countries
Requirements
✔ 1–3 years of experience in Operations, E-commerce, Retail, Customer Support, or Supply Chain Coordination
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English
✔ Strong organizational and communication skills
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
✔ Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and online collaboration tools
✔ Ability to work independently, multitask, and take ownership
✔ Exposure to e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory coordination, logistics, customer support, or marketplace operations, is an advantage
