EnglishVerse is seeking a CELTA-qualified Online English Teacher to deliver high-quality, structured lessons across our programmes: General English, IELTS Preparation, Young Learners, Business English, and Conversation courses.
We are looking for educators who value methodology, professional growth, and measurable learner outcomes.
Requirements
CELTA certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of online English teaching experience
C1 level of English or higher
Degree in English, Education, Al Alsun, or a related field (preferred)
Must be a resident of Egypt
Availability for at least 12 hours per week between 6:00 pm and 12:00 am (Cairo time)
Demonstrated ability to manage both one-to-one and group lessons effectively
Strong written and spoken communication skills
A laptop capable of running platforms such as Google Meet and other online teaching tools smoothly
Reliable high-speed internet connection
HD webcam and quality headset
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, learner-centred online lessons
Teach both individual and group classes
Monitor progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback
Maintain professional communication with students and the academic team
Participate in regular in-service training and development sessions
