Role Overview

This is a Work From Home (WFH) position.

As an English Instructor at Upedia Academy, you will:

• Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered online lessons

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs

• Create a positive and motivating virtual classroom environment

• Support students in achieving measurable language improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (English, Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred)

• Proven experience teaching English as a Foreign Language

• Previous online teaching experience is required

• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is preferred

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning styles

• Professionalism and commitment to continuous development
