English Instructor _ Online
(Full time)
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives.
– Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
– Develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
– Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
– Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
– Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
– Encourage student participation and motivation.
– Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings when required.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
– Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers (minimum 1 year is a plus).
– Excellent command of spoken and written English.
– Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
– Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students.
