Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time remote role for an Online English Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing constructive feedback to support language skill development. Additionally, the instructor will communicate regularly with students to assess progress, adapt teaching methods to various learning styles, and utilize online tools to facilitate interactive learning.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and a strong understanding of instructional techniques.
Experience in teaching and education, with the ability to work effectively with learners of diverse backgrounds.
Strong writing skills to assist students with written communication and assignments.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
A degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant teaching certifications are a plus.
