Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Odoo Implementer. The Odoo Implementer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Odoo ERP solutions in alignment with business processes. Responsibilities include gathering client requirements, performing system analysis, customizing Odoo modules, and providing ongoing support and training. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and resolve technical challenges will also be critical aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in ERP implementation, business process analysis, and requirement gathering
Experience in Odoo module configuration, customization, and integration with other systems
In-depth understanding of database management systems and basic programming concepts
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a relevant field
Prior experience in ERP implementation or familiarity with Odoo ERP is highly desirable
Willingness to adapt and work in a remote, multicultural team environment
