Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on coding exercises, projects, and documentation focused on Odoo development (Python, XML, JavaScript).
Technical Training Delivery: Conduct engaging in-person, online, or hybrid workshops covering Odoo backend and frontend development, module customization, API integration, and report creation.
Mentorship and Support: Guide learners through complex coding challenges, architectural concepts, and debugging issues within the Odoo framework.
Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate student progress through practical assignments, projects, and exams, providing constructive feedback to ensure technical proficiency.
Stay Updated: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest Odoo versions, features, and community best practices to incorporate into training.
Project Realism: Develop case studies and real-world scenarios to ensure trainees can apply Odoo development principles to practical business environments.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience: Proven hands-on experience in Odoo development (typically 1–5+ years) and demonstrated experience in training, teaching, or mentoring.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, QWeb/OWL framework).
Odoo Knowledge: Deep understanding of Odoo framework architecture, ORM, security rules, and module structure.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Tools: Familiarity with Git version control and Odoo deployment environments (Linux/Ubuntu, Docker, Odoo.sh).
