Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Odoo Development Instructor. The instructor will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training sessions on Odoo development to learners of varying skill levels. Duties include creating customized curriculum, providing hands-on training, evaluating learner progress, offering constructive feedback, and updating course content to reflect the latest Odoo features and industry trends. The instructor is also expected to foster an engaging and supportive virtual learning environment for students.
Qualifications
Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and Curriculum Development
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
Experience with Human Resources (HR) training applications and related processes
Proficiency in Odoo development and familiarity with related tools and software
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learner needs
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
Prior experience as an instructor, trainer, or corporate educator is highly desirable
Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with advancements in Odoo and instructional technology
