We are looking for a talented Odoo Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development in all modules & addons.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked on Odoo projects in the GCC region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (backend & frontend).
Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo systems.
Participate in full SDLC: requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment.
Provide technical support and documentation for implemented modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Odoo development (Python, PostgreSQL, XML, QWeb).
Strong understanding of Odoo frameworks (V16 to V19 preferred).
Experience in Odoo customization, new module development, and API integrations.
Solid knowledge of business workflows: Accounting, Inventory, HR, Sales, CRM, etc.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with GCC clients or projects.
Good understanding of SDLC and ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
