Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Native Linguistics Specialist to support the evaluation and improvement of generative AI systems. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, identifying potential risks, and ensuring outputs align with safety and policy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate system-generated responses to identify harmful, unsafe, or non-compliant content
Detect safety violations and policy breaches across AI outputs
Classify risks based on predefined guidelines and frameworks
Provide clear, actionable insights to improve model performance and safety
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance evaluation processes and quality standards
Requirements
Native-level linguistic proficiency with strong command of English (C1-C2)
Proven experience in evaluating or assessing Generative AI models
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to interpret policies and apply them consistently in evaluations
Access to a Mac device with the latest macOS
Previous experience in AI safety, content moderation, or linguistic quality evaluation
Familiarity with annotation tools and data labeling platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
