Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale mobile app growth through data-driven acquisition and optimization across paid channels. You will own campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous optimization to maximize ROAS and user quality.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive app installs and post-install engagement
Manage and optimize paid channels (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads if applicable)
Track, analyze, and report performance using mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer / Adjust)
Monitor key KPIs (CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention)
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels
Collaborate with creative and product teams to improve conversion and user quality
Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation
Stay up to date with mobile marketing trends and best practices
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for mobile apps
Strong experience with mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar)
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience with A/B testing and optimization frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience with Apple Search Ads
Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO)
