Mid-level Designer

This is the official job description for the Mid-level Designer position at CRACKWITS. This document should serve as the guiding compass for the role, outlining core responsibilities, expectations, and the impact of this role in driving strategic initiatives forward.

SECTION I | GROUP OVERVIEW

With a reputed 25 years in the market, The Meaza Group [TMG] is made of multi-divisional entities and subsidiaries; specializing in contracting, events and digital industries; in Kuwait and across the MENA region. The aforementioned occupation is at CRACKWITS, the boutique creative agency for branding, advertising, social media and platforms design, development and support.

SECTION II | TALENT SPECIALTY

The Mid-level Designer responsibility is to execute day-to-day deck production at scale, ensuring formatting consistency and presentation readiness under the Creative Lead’s standards. The role handles revisions and rollouts, supports module building and asset preparation, and supports recurring design needs, including monthly social media retainers and quick design requests.

SECTION III | OCCUPATION REQUIREMENTS

Execute deck production and formatting at scale using approved templates and modules.
Handle revisions, rollouts, and versioning with high speed and consistency.
Support module building and asset preparation under Creative Lead direction.
Maintain formatting consistency and QC compliance across decks and deliverables.
Support recurring design needs, including monthly social media retainers and quick-turn requests.
Maintain clean working files, naming conventions, and version control discipline.

SECTION IV | EXPERTISE & EXPECTATIONS

At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design.
Good understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, digital campaigns, layouts, and print materials
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Ability to adapt designs across different formats and platforms
Experience in social media design, campaign visuals, presentations, and brand applications
Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas
