Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Representative. The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing exceptional customer support. Daily tasks include demonstrating a thorough understanding of medical products, addressing customers’ needs, and effectively communicating product benefits. This role demands both professional and proactive engagement in healthcare settings and collaboration with internal teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Medical Sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture professional relationships
Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and trust-building
Good understanding of Medicine and Pharmacy-related knowledge
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical sales role is an advantage
Familiarity with the Egyptian healthcare landscape is preferred
