Provide high-quality communication and support in both Italian and English
Attend remote training sessions and team meetings as required
Maintain professional appearance and workspace during video interactions
Ensure consistent internet connectivity and technology readiness
Follow company guidelines, workflows, and quality standards
Handle assigned tasks efficiently while meeting performance targets
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
Demonstrate adaptability and readiness to learn new tools and processes
Requirements:
Fluency in Italian and English
Laptop: Core i3 6th generation and above (or its equivalent in AMD or Mac)
USB headset (small preferred)
Webcam 720 or 1080
Ethernet connection
10mbps download speed and 5mbps upload speed
