Pathwise is a Dubai-licensed digital marketing agency working with brands across the GCC and Europe. We’re hiring a Media Buyer to own paid campaigns for our clients, including brands launching from zero.
What you’ll do
Plan, launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat
Build media plans and budget splits for new brand launches with no historical data
Write and test creative briefs with our design and video team
Own reporting: spend, CPA, ROAS, and what you’re changing next
Work directly with the founder, not through layers
What we need
3+ years buying media, agency or brand side
Proven GCC experience (UAE and Saudi especially). You know the platforms, the seasonality, the audiences
You have taken at least one brand from launch to a working acquisition channel
Excellent written and spoken English. Client-facing reporting quality
Arabic is a strong plus
Comfortable being measured on results, not hours
