Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and highly organized Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from ideation and influencer coordination to client communication, reporting, and platform operations. You will also play an active role in supporting the growth and daily use of luma’s influencer marketing technology platform for campaign management and reporting.

This is an ideal role for someone passionate about the creator economy and interested in both campaign execution and marketing technology.

 

Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns
Assist in the generation of creative campaign and content ideas alongside the strategy and content teams
Liaise directly with influencers and talent representatives for briefing, coordination, and follow-ups
Support client communication, updates, approvals, and campaign coordination
Assist with influencer onboarding on luma’s platform, briefing uploads, and campaign setup
Support campaign execution and tracking on the luma platform, including deliverables, timelines, and reporting
Track influencer posting schedules and content approvals
Compile campaign trackers, performance data, and reports
Support research on creator trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats
Help coordinate logistics for campaign shoots, brand activations, and influencer events
Prepare campaign documents, presentations, and internal trackers.

Qualifications & Requirements

2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital campaigns, or creator coordination (internships included)
Experience working in an influencer marketing, advertising or social media agency environment is a must
Strong understanding of the influencer and creator ecosystem
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple creators, timelines, and priorities at once
Creative mindset with a strong interest in content formats, trends, and storytelling
Excellent knowledge on tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Excel, Google Slides / PowerPoint
Tech-curious and comfortable working with digital platforms and dashboards
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
