Key Responsibilities:
Source influencers on Instagram, TikTok & emerging platforms
Send outreach, onboard creators & align them to campaign goals
Manage briefs, scripts & video assets for timely delivery
Track engagement metrics and optimize performance
Maintain regular influencer communications
Update the database and compile concise campaign reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in influencer marketing or digital communications
High-volume sourcing and outreach capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Notion, Excel/Sheets & CRMs
Detail-oriented multitasker with an analytical mindset
