Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Logistics Operations Specialist. The specialist will manage and optimize transportation and supply chain processes, ensure smooth logistics operations, and resolve delivery issues. Additional responsibilities include analyzing logistical data, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service to execute and improve operational strategies efficiently.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Transportation Management and Supply Chain Management
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating logistics performance and identifying areas for improvement
Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders effectively
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Relevant experience or certification in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software is a plus
