Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and support day-to-day logistics operations remotely. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of shipments, timely updates, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track shipments from dispatch to delivery
Communicate with clients and partners regarding shipment status and updates
Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for all logistics activities
Monitor order progress and follow up on pending shipments
Identify and resolve any shipping or delivery issues
Maintain organized records and provide regular status reports
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
Close attention to detail and problem-solving skills
