We’re looking for a LinkedIn Ads specialist to take our founder’s organic content and turn it into a paid growth engine — owning the strategy, the spend, and the results from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and own the entire LinkedIn Ads strategy from scratch
Run paid campaigns against the founder’s organic content — boosted posts, thought leader ads, lead gen forms, the lot
Own the budget, pacing, and spend allocation across campaigns
Test creatives, audiences, and offers relentlessly — and cut what’s not working
Track CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline impact — report on what’s actually driving revenue
Partner with the content team so paid and organic pull in the same direction
Requirements:
Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads at meaningful spend (B2B, agency, or in-house) — must be able to show real results
Deep knowledge of Campaign Manager — targeting, thought leader ads, conversion tracking, all of it
Strong analytical chops — you live in the data and let it drive decisions
Copywriting instincts — you know the difference between an ad that converts and one that gets scrolled past
Comfortable owning a budget and being accountable for ROAS
Self-directed, no hand-holding needed
