Join Airr Digital: This is a badass opportunity for a killer Lead Gen Specialist / SDR to make $3000/mo+ working remotely with a flexible schedule whilst learning skills that increase your value in the job market massively.

 

Work Hours: Full-Time (7 days/week)

Location: Fully Remote

Compensation: $1,500/mo base + commission

On Target Earnings: $3,000/month

Career Progression: Lead Gen Specialist → GTM Team Lead → Head Of GTM → Head Of Marketing

Mentorship: You will be directly mentored by our CEO and Head Of Marketing, with coaching sessions, feedback and 1-1 mentorship.

Job Role

 

This is an opportunity for a killer lead gen specialist to be put on a career fast-track with uncapped income.

As our Lead Gen Specialist, your mission is to generate qualified sales meetings for Airr Digital through high-volume outbound cold email and cold calling campaigns.

You’ll be managing our internal outbound campaigns, responsible for connecting with potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up sales appointments that convert into opportunities for our agency.

Your Biggest Priorities

 

Create ane execute high-volume cold email campaigns (find leads, create campaigns, create more inboxes)
Managing cold email campaigns (handling all cold email replies within 5 minutes of response)
Manage CRM (follow-ups, scheduling meetings)
Warm calling interested leads (after they reply to a cold email)
Create outbound linkedin campaigns
Managing outbound linkedin campaigns (handling all replies, follow ups etc)

Role Responsibilities

 

Communication & Response

 

Manage and respond to all cold email replies within 5 minutes

Prospect and find leads to create new cold email campaigns
Follow up on warm leads from email campaigns
Warm call interested leads who have shown interest

Lead Management

 

Qualify prospects according to our criteria
Schedule and confirm sales appointments
Follow up with prospects through the entire sales cycle

CRM & Data

 

Update CRM with detailed notes and prospect information
Track and report on key metrics (emails sent, replies, calls made, meetings booked)
Maintain a high level of data accuracy in all systems

Collaboration & Growth

 

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and Customer Success team
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions

Day-to-Day Tasks

 

Outreach & Communication

 

Scrape and prospect new leads to add to our cold outbound campaigns
Respond to cold email replies and manage inbox
Execute daily calling blocks using the power dialer
Follow up with interested leads to move them toward booked meetings

Follow-Up & Scheduling

 

Send meeting confirmation emails
Follow up on voicemails and missed connections
Update CRM records in real-time

Tracking & Coordination

 

Track daily/weekly performance metrics
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Coordinate with the Head of Marketing on campaign priorities

Requirements

 

Communication & Experience

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in B2B lead generation, cold outreach or cold calling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets

Technical Setup

 

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Professional home office setup (webcam, microphone, headset)
Experience with CRM systems

Availability & Mindset

 

Available 9am-5pm EST, 7 days a week
Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach
Resilient, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to respond to leads within 5-10 minutes

Required Experience

 

Tools & Platforms

 

Proficiency with CRMs (Close, HubSpot, or similar
Experience with cold email platforms (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
Familiarity with lead database tools (Clay, Apollo, or similar)
Calendar management tools experience

Industry & Environment

 

Previous experience in a remote work environment
Experience in B2B technology or professional services sales
