In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the growth of life sciences solutions across Europe, focusing on building strong relationships with leading Biotech companies. Your contributions will not only help establish a premium solution in the marketplace but also enhance the success of our customers by deeply understanding their needs. This position requires strategic thinking and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and customer success are paramount.
Accountabilities
Be a critical member of the sales organization, helping to establish Veeva LIMS as the leading solution for biotechs.
Understand Veeva LIMS and collaborate with internal teams to develop a robust sales strategy.
Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level executives.
Manage complex sales cycles effectively, utilizing both internal and external resources.
Contribute to team sales goals and consistently meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
Work independently as well as within a team environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and proactively engage with customers to address business challenges.
Act with urgency and integrity, focusing on achieving customer success.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in selling software to the Life Sciences industry.
2+ years of experience in selling complementary or competitive solutions into Quality sectors.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
Strong account planning and execution skills.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers from end-users to C-level.
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
Passionate about solving customer business issues.
Team-first mentality is essential.
Business-level proficiency in English is required.
