Job Title: Arabic Language Specialist – AI Training (Freelancer)
Location: Egypt (Remote – Applicants must be currently based in Egypt)
About the Role
We are seeking fluent Arabic speakers based in Egypt to join our team as Language Specialists for AI training projects. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of Large Language Models (LLMs) by ensuring high-quality Arabic language data that is accurate, culturally relevant, and contextually appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated prompts and responses in Arabic for linguistic accuracy, grammar, fluency, and coherence
Provide structured ratings and detailed feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, and inconsistencies
Create, edit, and refine high-quality Arabic-language content for AI training datasets
Ensure cultural nuances and regional language variations (including dialectal differences where applicable) are properly represented
Collaborate with linguists, annotators, and AI researchers to enhance model performance
Follow established evaluation guidelines while suggesting improvements where necessary
Qualifications
Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory
Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic and familiarity with regional dialects is a plus)
Based in Egypt (required)
Prior experience in content writing, editing, translation, or linguistic evaluation is preferred
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
Interest or experience in AI, NLP, or LLM-related work is a plus
