Language Specialist – AI Content & Training

About the Role

We are seeking a Language Specialist to support AI and NLP model development by working on high-quality Arabic language data. In this role, you will collaborate with research and AI teams to create, review, and annotate content used to train and evaluate large language models (LLMs). Your work will directly contribute to improving accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance in AI-generated Arabic content.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, edit, and curate Arabic language content such as grammar explanations, usage notes, sentence examples, and style guidelines
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for fluency, tone, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
Identify and resolve linguistic issues related to ambiguity, bias, dialect variation, and grammatical correctness
Annotate and label text datasets with linguistic information (syntax, semantics, context, intent)
Analyze AI outputs to identify recurring language patterns, errors, and improvement opportunities
Support internal teams with linguistic insights and concise research summaries
Requirements

Native proficiency in Arabic (Modern Standard Arabic required; dialect knowledge is a plus)
Strong understanding of Arabic language structure and usage
Background in linguistics, language studies, translation, content writing, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience is welcome
Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills in Arabic
High attention to detail and ability to work with structured language data
Nice to Have

Experience working on Arabic language data for AI or NLP projects
Familiarity with corpus analysis, computational linguistics, or LLM training
Experience handling dialectal Arabic or multilingual datasets
