Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Key Account Manager in the Educational Courses division. The Key Account Manager will oversee the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include strategic business planning, identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving growth opportunities. Additional tasks include analyzing account performance, implementing customized action plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet account objectives.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Account Management, Key Accounts, and Customer Service
Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
Experience in Business Planning and creating customized strategies to meet client needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the educational or training solutions industry is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts remotely
