We’re looking for a sharp, organized team member to help us run day-to-day execution across sales, operations, and social media partnerships. This role is hands-on and fast-paced you’ll be moving deals forward, keeping projects on track, and managing follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Sales support (B2B): build lead lists, send outreach, follow up, qualify leads, and book meetings.
Operations: prepare and send quotations/offers using templates, track orders/shipments, coordinate with suppliers/couriers, and send client status updates.
Influencer collaborations: identify creators, outreach, collect media kit + audience countries, coordinate shipping, manage deliverables and posting timelines, track promo codes/commission, ensure correct credits + IG “Collab” tagging.
Client management: respond to routine inquiries, organize requests, escalate only what requires management decisions.
Marketing support: assist with basic marketing execution, including organizing content ideas, coordinating simple campaign tasks, supporting social media posting schedules, and tracking basic engagement/performance.
Personal/Executive Assistant support: manage calendar, reminders, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups (email/WhatsApp).
What We Need (Must-Have)
Excellent written & Spoken English.
Strong organization + attention to detail (checklists don’t scare you).
Comfortable with sales follow-ups and chasing responses.
Solid with MS Office.
Familiar with Instagram collabs, reels workflow, influencer management.
Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently.
Nice to Have
Experience in textiles / yarn / export / e-commerce.
Familiarity with a CRM.
Work Setup
Hybrid (Egypt / Remote) combination of online execution + occasional office/field tasks.
Working hours and schedule will be aligned based on availability and performance.
Compensation
Base salary + performance bonuses tied to sales.
