Role description
Designs, implements, and evaluates training courses tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals within the company’s scope, ensuring engaging and compelling learning experiences. He or she is responsible for processing the finished courses into viable courses and managing them on the LMS. The candidate must have experience designing and delivering training courses through LMS platforms such as Moodle.
Responsibilities
Develop curriculum and training modules in coordination with subject matter experts. Monitor learner progress and provide feedback to refine courses. Manage learning technologies and platforms. Managing the LMS platform in collaboration with the IT Administrator.
Has ultimate responsibility for the courses’ development in accordance with the agreed-upon curriculum plan and resources.
Qualifications
Experience in using Articulate or iSpring Suite in course designing.
Experience in designing and developing content for commercial training courses.
Academic experience is a plus, but not a must.
Experience in healthcare leadership, management, or strategy is a plus.
Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management
Strong skills in Instructional Design for creating effective and engaging learning materials.
Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information.

Duty hours
This is a full-time but remote opportunity. The agreed duty hours total 30 hours per week.
