Dawrah is looking for an Instructional Designer to collaborate with us on a project basis in developing engaging and effective learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Analyze course goals, target audience, and learning needs.
Define clear and measurable learning objectives.
Structure course content into modules and lessons.
Work with subject matter experts to transform their expertise into structured learning experiences.
Recommend suitable learning activities, exercises, and assessments.
Review course content from an instructional design perspective.
Create course outlines, learning plans, and supporting instructional materials.
Collaborate with the production team throughout the course development process.
Requirements
Practical experience in instructional design or learning experience design.
Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to structure complex information into clear learning journeys.
Experience working with SMEs, trainers, or course creators.
Strong Arabic communication and writing skills.
Ability to work independently on a project basis.
