🚨 We’re Hiring: HR Officer (Remote – Based in Egypt)
We are looking for an HR Officer to join our team and support the recruitment process by managing candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of HR Management and Human Resources processes.
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and Job Descriptions.
Strong Employee Relations skills, with an ability to address and resolve workplace concerns effectively.
Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in HR compliance and management.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate positive team dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems is advantageous.
