Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for operations in Dubai and Egypt. The role will focus primarily on blue-collar hiring and white-collar roles.

The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely manpower fulfillment while maintaining quality standards and compliance with local labor regulations.

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Handle high-volume blue-collar hiring.
Recruit white-collar roles when required.
Coordinate interviews with department heads.
Ensure hiring timelines are met.
Coordinate bulk interviews and hiring campaigns.
Build database of ready-to-join candidates.
Conduct competency-based screening interviews.
Ensure proper documentation collection.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate records.
Ensure professional communication with candidates.
Support HR initiatives to attract talent.
Organized and target-oriented
Familiarity with UAE & Egypt labor markets

Job Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years recruitment experience.
Experience hiring in UAE and/or Egypt.
Experience in blue-collar recruitment is mandatory.
Strong English skills
