Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the general ledger and record all daily financial transactions (payments, receipts, journal entries, etc.).
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations (bank, inter-company, accruals).
Prepare financial statements and management reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow reports).
Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards, IFRS, and internal financial policies.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable; follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and banks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a general accountant in a corporate environment.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
Experience with accounting software (mention specific software if your company uses one) and advanced Excel skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential financial data.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
​​Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
Experience in logistics, shipping, or e-commerce companies.
Familiarity with Saudi VAT and local financial regulations.
