Position: Fullstack Developer (Python/React)
Type: Hourly contract (Extended team)
Compensation: $50–$70/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities
Design, build, and ship production-ready systems end to end across frontend and backend
Own features across the stack, including UI, backend services, and cloud infrastructure
Collaborate with a small, senior remote team to turn ideas into reliable software
Make pragmatic technical tradeoffs to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Contribute directly to advanced AI training and production systems
Requirements
Strong experience as a Fullstack Developer with Python and React
Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade systems
Ability to own features end to end and work independently in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
Ability to overlap at least 6–8 hours with the PST timezone
