Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the Canadian market.
Bilingual Communication: Conduct interviews and assessments in both French and English to ensure a high standard of linguistic proficiency.
Guide applicants through the hiring process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific account needs and talent requirements.
Qualifications
Language Skills: fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
Background: Proven experience in Sales or Customer Service (CS).
Experience Plus: Prior experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is a significant advantage.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
