Seeking a results-driven Project-Based Recruiter to support targeted global hiring needs on a part-time, remote basis. This role focuses on sourcing and onboarding high-caliber Sales Professionals and Appointment Setters across specific international markets.Ideal for recruiters with experience in BPO or high-volume sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Source Sales Callers with a strong B2B or Sales background from approved countries.
Vet candidates for English proficiency and “voice quality.”
Facilitate the onboarding process by collecting candidate details and voice recordings.
Support candidate retention during the initial project phase.
Approved Target Countries :
Balkans/Europe: Bosnia, Romania, Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Macedonia.
LATAM: Mexico, Argentina, Colombia.
Africa: South Africa, Egypt.
Compensation & Terms:
High-incentive commission structure per successful hire.
100% Remote / Freelance basis.
