Role Overview
We’re looking for ambitious Freelance Recruiters to support our growing clients. This role is ideal for recruiters who are self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles (sales, marketing, operations, leadership, etc.)
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and personal networks
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet agreed hiring targets and timelines
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Commitment to deadlines and quality hires
Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment tools
